All new members are entitled to an initial guided training, where they will be accompanied by a Personal Trainer. You must book this first workout in advance, which will also include a physical assessment and a kick off training plan based on that assessment. Whenever possible, and preferably, this day will also include an appointment for nutritional monitoring.

You can, for this, go to the commercial area or reception, so that this visit can be scheduled. You should also be aware of campaigns that give you benefits by bringing friends to the Academy, as well as special events that you can share with your loved ones.

You can. This purchase must be made directly at the reception of one of our clubs.

Despite the initial guided training, it is normal that in the first days some doubts arise. At every gym, you will find Personal Trainers with a red t-shirt who can help you whenever you are training in the free exercise room or in the cardio zone. If you want, you can have trainings totally tailored to you, with a Personal Trainer. Inquire at reception.

When you become an Academy member, you are entitled to an APP that allows you, 30 hours in advance, to book your favorite classes. If you have any difficulties in scheduling, you can go to the reception or the commercial area, so that we can help you with the booking process.
